Today I'm going to show you how I went from a few hundred views on my short-form content to generating over 340M views, 80,000 leads, and hundreds of qualified sales calls...
And the crazy part… I don't even make the content myself anymore!
Now, just so you can see a bit of proof that this is real:

So, stick with me, because I'm not only going to show you how I cracked short-form content - but I'm going to show you how I ended up turning that attention into thousands of leads and sales opportunities.
Because it didn't start this way...

I own a company called Soberclear, where we help people get control of their drinking. For years, I had one of the best problems you can possibly have as a business owner.

We were generating $50,000 to $100,000 a month, entirely organically. I just paid an editor, and that was it.

No Facebook ads. No Instagram ads. Just people watching my videos, deciding they wanted my help, and becoming clients. And for years, that was absolutely fantastic.
But then things started to change.
Over the past year, I could see where attention was going.
Short-form was exploding.
People who’d never sit through a 20-minute YouTube video were watching Instagram for hours a day. And I had almost no presence there. If I wanted to keep growing, I couldn’t keep relying on one platform.

So I turned my attention to Instagram. Now, I thought I'd be pretty good at Instagram. After all, I'd made almost a thousand YouTube videos and generated millions of dollars from content.

I had over 100,000 subscribers. YouTube had literally sent me a plaque for it.

But it turns out Instagram is a completely different game.
And I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.
I was living in Dubai at the time, and I started trying everything. I hired videographers to come to my house.

I filmed those fake podcast clips you've probably seen all over Instagram.

I recorded videos in hotel rooms.

I tried different angles, different edits, different styles of content.

I spent $15,000 on the best equipment.

And none of it was really working.

It was incredibly frustrating.
Until eventually, I started noticing something. The videos that were performing well had something in common. It wasn't the expensive cameras. It wasn't the videographers. It wasn't the fancy locations.
It was the format.
And once we understood that, everything started to change.
I went from
346
527
755to trying all sorts of formats
And then things started picking up...
I stopped trying to reinvent the wheel with every video and started finding formats that were already working, adapting them to my business, and repeating what worked.
And the results were incredible.

976KIt wasn't just views. I wrote a book, then promoted it with Million View System...

With the boost in sales and credibility from my content, it became a #1 best-selling book and I ended up signing a book deal with Sheldon Press, an imprint of Hachette UK.
But here's where it gets really interesting. I realised that if we could systemise the process, I wouldn't actually need to create the content myself anymore. So I hired an AI engineer, and we built a system that could handle the entire content creation process for me.
And today, I don't create ANY of my social media content myself.
It's all done for me.
But getting millions of views was only half the battle. Because I'm a business owner. I don't just want views. I want customers. So I started figuring out how to turn all that attention into actual leads.
I began writing our posts in a very specific way, giving people a reason to comment a keyword if they wanted more help.

And when they commented, we'd use Manychat to send them a message and direct them into our sales process.

And that's when things really started taking off.
I wasn't just getting millions of views anymore. I was generating hundreds of qualified sales calls and turning that attention into serious revenue.

Now, once I’d figured out what was working, I shared everything with one of my closest friends, Cam Adair. Cam’s a successful entrepreneur in his own right. He’s built a multi-million dollar business helping people play less video games.
And at first, the same thing happened. His content flopped.

And then, things start taking off...
And within four weeks, he’d found a winning format for his audience too.

And that's when we realised something.
This wasn't just a strategy that worked on my account. We'd now taken the same principles, applied them to another business, and gotten results there too.

And that got us thinking.
We'd spent months experimenting, tens of thousands of dollars, and built an entire team just to figure this stuff out. Most business owners simply don't have the time, money, or patience to do that.
But what if they didn't have to?
What if we could take everything we'd learned — the winning formats, the content production, the lead generation — and build a system that did it all for them?
So that's exactly what we did.
Cam and I partnered up and created the Million View System. To help other business owners generate millions of views, attract qualified leads, and grow their businesses — without spending hours creating content themselves.
